A burst pipe in the bathroom above the ground floor hallway of this residential property, resulted in a significant amount of moisture in the ceiling void and showing in the walls.

With an overseas client requiring occupation of this newly redeveloped property soon after the incident occurred, a fast response was needed.

We provided staff on site within two hours of the call.  The cause of the flood was identified and stopped.  A drying program was deployed to direct dry air into the ceiling void and the adjoining affected walls.

When suitably dry, the property was reinstated with high quality redecoration, working through nights to ensure the client had minimum delay in moving into the house.
